Fake Body Builder Moustafa Ismail somehow gets into the Guinness Book of Records

I had to laugh at the news article that came out today in The Sun

Apparently this guy Moustafa “WORKED OUT” to get these muscles. Which anyone who knows anything about body building you can clearly see are fake. Fake in the sense that they are either Implants or he has taken a series of oil injections direct to these areas like that guy who’s arms exploded when he tried to fake his.

I think his name was Gregg Valentino. Look him up.!

The tell-tale signs are very easy to see.

1) He has ZERO forearm definition whatsoever. Any bodybuilder who would have done enough arm work to reach anywhere near this level of bicep and triceps size would also have very well-defined forearms and wrists. Just look at proper body builders like Arnold Schwarzenegger or Lou Ferrigno on google. You can clearly see these guys have massive in proportion forearms and shoulders. This guy Moustafa has the forearms of a 12-year-old girl.

2) His arms are fat n squidgy. There is no veins visible or rip marks that all other body builders have which clearly means there is no strength there.

3) Apparently he lifts 500kgs ….hahahahahahahaahah… Yeah in TOTAL weight.. I can lift 500kg’s if that is a 10kg weight 50 times a day.. Hardly impressive really.. But there is no way he can lift 500kgs in a single weight. Which would be 78 stone or over 1100 lbs or half a ton….. ..Get a grip.

The thing that gets me with this though is not that he is stupid enough to do this in the first place it’s that the Guinness Book of Records are so gullible to accept they are real and declare that he has the worlds largest arms.  Surely one aspect of this is that they have to be real otherwise next you’ll get loads of wannabe idiots getting implants into all sorts of body parts just to get into the book.

  1. This chap needs his arm s scanned to prove this claim – looks unnatural density to me, surely his forearms, shoulders – chest back – neck would show increased development, 5ookg? his bone/tendon density must be off the chart not to mention joint wear ….

    • Exactly Jeff. There is no way on Earth his arms are naturally developed. But the more sad fact is that people like this can then claim to have the largest arms in the world and get some fame from it and unfortunately some will believe him. I’d hope the Guinness Book of Records would at least make sure they were real first but by the sounds of it they arnt bothered

  2. i couldnt agree more. I work for a national daily paper in the UK and have to check stories and claims. I am surprised that the Guinness book doesnt

    • Exactly Will. What now concerns me is the trend this may then start for wannabe fame hungry or Guinness Book obsessed people will now do after this.
I might start injecting oil into one of my fingers to the point it becomes the largest human finger in the world lol . I could then use it to point and poke fun at idiots like this…(remember though it’s complelely natural finger and I worked out every day and can lift ton weights with one finger)

  3. This is absolutley amazing. The Guiness Book of World Records should have shut this done immediately unfortunately they just lose credibility. They look exactly like greg valentinos arms and anyone who is an avid fan of bodybuilding know how much of a tool that guy is. The other problem with this guy is that he is not even in good shape his forearm is smaller than mine and i am 180lbs. Absolutely ridiculous.

  4. Ha! Talk of insult to the sport! When I saw his picture in the paper, I told my mate that there was something dodgy about it. My mate accused me of being too skeptical of things. I let it lie, but told myself that the guy is a scam. I am glad that I’m not the only one with this thought. Like Mike noted, this fake is in a sorry fitness state for crying out loud. Would like to see spar with Greg Valentino. Ha!

  5. Yeah that guys arms totally look fake. There is no way a person can build an arm that big naturally without having at least a little definition. I’ve never seen a tricep shaped like that. As far as Guinness, the quality has gone down drastically, these days you can get in for anything.

  6. a search of his name on Guinness website brings up nothing…

    • The search on the guiness website brings up nothing anyway.. It’s a shocking website and the search doesnt work. If you search for anything that is even on the main advertising page as a record nothing show up.. They also have very limited actual records on the site… This guy did get the award and so far have not taken it off him.

  7. Guys!!!! The record says “LARGEST TRICEPS AND BICEPS” that doesn’t necessarily mean “Strongest biceps and triceps” !!! So it is still technically true.

  8. Awesome blog you have here but I was curious if you knew of any community forums that cover
the same topics talked about here? I’d really like to be a part of group where I can get feed-back from other experienced individuals that share the same interest. If you have any suggestions, please let me know. Thanks!

  9. The only people who would ever believe a claim like his are the people who lack even a basic understanding of physics and biology. Not only do his forearms lack definition, but the rest of his body lacks the proportional size to support any of the weight he claims to be able to lift. That proportional size occurs naturally in response to resistance. When your muscles are confronted with pressures and stresses they grow in response. Not only have his forearms miraculously not grown, but his shoulders, back, chest, and the rest of the muscles which provide structure and support for his arms, somehow didn’t grow either. Amazing.

Guinness should be beyond embarrassed about this. Doesn’t anyone ever ask him why he only curls small weights in his photos? Ask him to curl even 100 pounds on the spot and I bet he won’t be able to. Those sagging bags of fluid don’t resemble anything remotely close to muscle tissue. Muscle tissue doesn’t look like that. Who is in charge over there? Did they graduate high school?

  11. But it’s not true I checked he is not on guiness book of records. Or maybe I should have looked under “man who injected the most synthol into his arms and has never seen the inside of a gym” results
