The U.S. National Institutes of Health has found that drinking more than four sweetened beverages a day is not good for you. I can’t help but think “NO SHIT SHERLOCK”. Apart from needing a piss every 5 minutes if your drinking more than 4 cans a day on top of anything else you drink. Then maybe its more to do with the repeated trips to the toilet that is depressing the drinkers, or the realisation the diet drinks aren’t really diet drinks and contains so much fake sugar and caffeine so that it disturbs your sleep so much that the result might be a higher rate of depresion…”I’m not loosing weight on these diet soda’s” …. It could be the 3 kebabs that your washing it down with being the problem…..maybe!
